Here's a short story about the invention of Piezo Pickups.
Tomaž, an engineer and musician, was frustrated with the sound quality of lower or middle-priced acoustic guitars when plugged into an amplifier or PA system.
Despite owning many musical instruments, he did not want to spend too much money on installing a built-in sound amplification system in all of them.
One day, at a random concert, Tomaž discovered something amazing.
He saw there was something attached to a player's guitar.
He jumped online and found out about piezo contact microphones.
He ordered a couple and showed them to his friend and roommate.

Simon experimented with the microphone attached to his saxophone while using different effects and sound manipulations.
He started improving the sonic range of the device and after some major improvements they came to the ULTIMATE IDEA.
They wanted to create their own microphone.
Something FRESHER, BETTER and EASY TO USE.
